I'm Libby - Pilates instructor and massage therapist. As a mum to two young boys I understand that life can be busy and stressful and finding time for yourself is a challenge. Which is why I try to make fitting in a bit of time for yourself possible.
A massage with me will allow your body and mind a chance to relax, unwind and repair itself. I bring the relaxation to you so you don't even need to leave the comfort of your own home.

My Pilates classes are designed to be welcoming, stress-free and open to everyone. I believe Pilate should help you feel good so my sessions are relaxed and informal with no pressure to be perfect. With my coaching you will improve your flexibility, core strength and overall wellbeing.
By prioritising your own wellbeing, you can give the best of yourself to all the other important aspects of your life.
MOBILE MASSAGE THERAPY

RELAXING SWEDISH FULL BODY MASSAGE

A relaxing massage using slow sweeping, flowing massage strokes to ease
tension, reduce muscle aches and relieve stress. Light to medium pressure.
DEEP TISSUE FULL BODY MASSAGE

Discuss your specific aims with me to address any particular physical
concerns. I use a variety of techniques that are beneficial for pain relief,

PILATES CLASSES
My Pilates classes welcome participants of all levels, offering variations for both beginners and seasoned practitioners. I strive to create an informal and supportive atmosphere where you feel comfortable making mistakes and celebrating your progress. Classes are available in 5-week blocks, with varied content to keep sessions fresh and engaging for both new and regular attendees.
